Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SentraWatch ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

SentraWatch is an uptime monitoring platform. We periodically check the availability of URLs you configure and send notifications (email, SMS, webhooks) when outages or recoveries are detected. We also provide public status pages and incident tracking. The service is a monitoring tool — it does not host, manage, or guarantee the availability of your websites, APIs, or infrastructure.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SentraWatch to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or use the service to generate excessive traffic against third-party systems
• Monitor content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Billing & Subscription

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account after a grace period.

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your account email

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Monitoring results will be 100% accurate or that every outage will be detected
• Notifications (email, SMS, or webhooks) will be delivered without delay or failure
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRAWATCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Damages resulting from missed alerts, delayed notifications, or undetected outages
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Any downtime or data loss on your monitored services

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to SentraWatch in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SentraWatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content or data you submit through the platform.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the service or other users.

• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your monitoring data, configurations, and incident history after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification, disclaimers) shall survive

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SentraWatch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
