• Monitoring configuration: URLs, health check settings, alert email addresses, and phone numbers for SMS alerts
• Billing information: payment details are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Usage data: health check results, response times, incident records, and uptime statistics

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the uptime monitoring service
• To send alert notifications (email and SMS) when your monitored services experience outages or recover
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To display public status pages for your monitored applications (when enabled by you)
• To improve the platform and fix issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers that are necessary to operate the platform:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Azure Communication Services — email and SMS alert delivery

Public Status Pages

When you enable a public status page for an application, the following information becomes publicly accessible: application name, logo, health check names, current status, uptime percentages, response times, and incident history. No personal account information is exposed on status pages.

Data Retention

• Raw check results: retained for 7 days, then automatically purged
• Hourly rollups: retained indefinitely for uptime history
• Incident records: retained indefinitely
• Account data: retained until you delete your account

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Clerk, and isolated data storage per organization. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your account information through the dashboard
• Delete your apps and associated monitoring data at any time
• Opt out of SMS alerts by removing your phone number or replying STOP
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@sentrawatch.com

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
